In a special edition of Wellness Her Way Wednesday, we’re encouraging the ever present health competition amongst the iyas. Iyas will have the opportunity to participate in two competitions.

1) Ludo Competitions! As many iyas who are interested can use their wits and strategy in bracketed game of Ludo. The iyas who wins will be the center’s champion and win prizes.

2) Biggest Lover Girl! In honor of Val’s Day, the iyas can compete in a storytelling competition featuring how they met their spouse, the one that got away, or the love of her life. All at her own choosing. The iya who is deemed the biggest lover girl (by the ferocious and sweet reactions of her peers and our staff) will be crowned the Biggest Lover Girl and win prizes.

As always, Wednesday is still an open invitation to bring your Iya to the centre for a day of wellness her way. Whether she chooses to partake in a Wisdom Wednesday discussion, a movie screening with her peers, play a new game, enjoy a childhood favorite game, or learning a new craft, your Iya can choose how she does her Wellness every Wednesday.

We love to encourage autonomy and choice. We want our beloved Iyas to remember that she can connect, move, create, and relax her way. Bring her to Iyaniwura for an enjoyable Wellness Her Way on Wednesday.
