Interested Iyas are invited to bring out her inner yogi with a short 30-minute seated yoga class.
The class is taught buy our a wonderful volunteer instructor who is certified toga teacher. We offer this short session as a mid-week opportunity for iyas to stretch their mind, body, perspective of her capabilities, and an additional movement moments.
